General Practice Confidence (1-day course)

Dr. Oli Hinton and Dr. Ollie Smart will provide a training day to refresh your day-to-day practical skills and improve your confidence working in general practice. 

There will be hands on teaching, interactive sessions and lectures covering the following:

• Comprehensive patient assessment including extra-oral, intra-oral and occlusal examination

• Treatment planning, note taking and overview of UK referral pathways for all specialities

• Delivery of further investigations such as periodontal assessment, radiograph taking and vitality testing 

• Skills stations including rubber dam placement, local anaesthetic delivery and impression taking
